On the road

The last few days have been a sweet reminder that we are all incredibly lucky that the U.S. has independent bookstores, devoted teachers, hero librarians, and kids who aren't too self conscious to shout their passion for books. And I am so crazily grateful.

Hi Rebecca,

Just finished your wonderful Goodbye Stranger. It is truly a work of art.

Thank you!
Michael

P.S. Now, I need to order some Black and White cookies from Nussbaum's :-)

Thank you so much, Michael! (And I actually like the B&Ws from Barney Greengrass on Amsterdam.)

I imagine they line up to tell you how they feel about your books.

I've read them all and given them to my kids only after I was done.
